- **Orchard:** over 100 mango trees, family-run for generations
- **Ripening:** naturally, in paddy hay (vaikkol) for 2–3 days — never calcium carbide, ethylene, wax or cold storage
- **Harvest & dispatch:** hand-picked at the start of each week; after 2–3 days of ripening, orders ship Monday–Saturday from the ripened batch
- **Delivery:** across India by air courier, typically 1–3 business days
- **Ordering:** closed for the off season. Orders reopen with the next harvest (season: April – June).
