Salem, Tamil Nadu
Over a hundred trees in Salem. Two varieties. Picked at dawn and ripened the old way — in paddy hay, no shortcuts.
A family farm in Salem, Tamil Nadu, where farming has been a way of life for generations. Our orchard is home to over a hundred mango trees, carefully nurtured with patience, dedication, and respect for nature.
Many of our trees are still in their early productive years — we consider it a privilege to share these harvests with you. Every mango represents years of care, observation, and hard work by our family.
Our primary season runs April through June, when the fruit naturally reaches peak flavour and sweetness. Each variety brings its own character.
Every mango hand-picked at the right stage of maturity and inspected before ripening begins.
Placed in covered containers with vaikkol (paddy hay) — a method our farming family has used for generations. No gas, no carbide.
Once ripe, each fruit is sorted and packed fresh. We dispatch based on demand — no long-term cold storage.
The shortcut that turns a mango yellow overnight is banned for good reason. We have never used it.
